My Music

Several years ago, I made a CD in the hopes that it would bring encouragement and peace to hurting hearts. The title track, Into His Presence, is the message of hope that I desire for everyone. No matter what you are facing…. the good, bad, ups, downs, challenges or celebrations, it is all put into perfect perspective the moment you are in HIS presence.

The final track, The Last Mile, is in loving remembrance of my Grandpa, Wayne Gastineau who passed away much too early, during the making of this CD. It was one of his favorite songs and a reminder of what life is really about and what is important.

My husband and I love jazz, so a few of the songs reflect that.  Enjoy some newer songs along with tunes and lyrics that are timeless. 🙂

I was strolling through Spotify, looking for Christian music that isn’t, well, “contemporary.” My favorites are black gospel (old or new), but then I ran across Christian jazz – and found your song, “Always Have Jesus.” Having just turned 65, I love its message. I live in a rural/resort area now, and it’s a close community with an older population. We have an Alzheimer’s wing in our residential living facility (Good Samaritan), and I’m always amazed that when I talk to those residents , they do remember Jesus. During caroling, even the most advanced patients still know the words and sing along.

I’ll pray for you and your family…and look for more of your songs. Your talent is stunning; I did a link to “Always Have Jesus” on my Facebook account so my friends and family can enjoy it, too. Blessings for 2013!
